4. 24/7 Roadside Assistance Service
Roadside dispatch response times (15-minute average) are dependent upon weather, local traffic, and emergency vehicle availability. Services include towing, battery jump-starts, fuel delivery, and vehicle lockout assistance.
5. Limitation of Liability
M.E.R.I.T LLC operates under strict adherence to state insurance regulations. M.E.R.I.T LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from vehicle operation or third-party roadway incidents beyond policy terms.
